How to get there?

• By car: organize a car with your friends to keep travelling cost down. Note: if you are using highways in Hungary you need E_vignette that you can buy at gas stations.
• Organized coach: In case many of you are coming from the same location, hiring a small bus could be an option. Contact your school whether they plan to do so!
• By flight: there is no airport around 🙁 Our suggestion is to fly to either Budapest, Ljubljana, Vienna or Zagreb and coordinate your travel with local dancers. There is a regional airport closer, Hévíz Airport, however it has only a few connection to places outside Central Europe.
• By train: Nova has no train station. You can get till Bak or Lenti (shown on the map) and from there you can take bus or somebody can give you a ride. Major cities around with train station: Zalaegerszeg, Nagykanizsa. Hungarian railways
• By coach: You can get till Nova by coach. The bus station is 10 minutes by walk from the camp’s location. You can get on the bus in Lenti, Zalaegerszeg, Nagykanizsa or Budapest (cities where you can get by train). Hungarian coaches

In order to forget about everyday life and focus on just dancing we were looking for an isolated place that is in between our dancing scenes. Our site is a perfect match!
We have fully booked Csicsergő Leisure Center in the small village Nova so you will find just dancers (beside the staff of the place)! We provide you everything you need on the spot, you don’t even have to leave it for a week!
Csicsergő Leisure Center is a new place for accommodation in Nova, County Zala, in the Hills of Göcsej. The building complex was finalized in 2006. The building and its services come up to the most modern requirements – all in a wonderful environment, among hills, surrounded by the wood, which is ideal for individual guest, camps, family vacation, holidays or long weekends. The local conditions provide us a wide range of both crafts and leisure activities. The place can accommodate around 130 guests. The leisure center has its own lake, where you can swim, boat or fish.
Nova is a small, peaceful and quiet village with less than 1000 inhabitants. Csicsergő Leisure Center is at the end of the village without crossing traffic making it even more peaceful. The village center is around 10-15 minutes by walk.

One more thing: Csicsergő is a beautiful Hungarian expression meaning “Chirping”. If you are interested here is a sound clip how to say. As it is quite challenging to say it let’s stick to Nova 🙂
